XJDebug

A classic style command line driven debugger for SVF and XJEase scripts, allowing you to:

  • Step through or over code a line at a time.
  • Set, remove and display breakpoints.
  • Check or modify the values of any variables in the code.

In addition, the following functionality is available through XJDebug:

In-System Programming

You can use XJDebug to program flash memories, programmable logic devices etc. from SVF files.

Design For Test Analysis

By analysing all of the information about the circuit, XJDebug can create a report on the percentage of nets that can be fully tested, partly tested in different ways, or not tested at all. This can be done before the first prototype is created, enabling better design for testing.

XJDebug can also produce a report on its ability to test the devices in the circuit, by analysing the connection information and device test requirements.

Record / Playback

All interactions with the hardware during a debugging session can be recorded to a file, for later playback away from the hardware.
