XJAccelerator v2 Active Protector

Additional optional protection for the XJAccelerator v2 board against potentially damaging voltages.

Individual protection boards can be placed in-line between the XJAccelerator and each unit under test to provide additional sacrificial protection to the XJAccelerator board.
