Returns Window
You may return most hardware and software products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the XJTAG website; items bought elsewhere must be returned to those original sellers.

Eligibility
- Hardware (e.g., peripherals, components): Eligible if unused and returned in original condition.
- Software (downloadable licences):
For customers outside the UK and EU, licensed digital software is generally non-returnable once paid access is granted.
For customers in the UK and EU, digital software purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. - Some products may be marked final sale or excluded from returns at the point of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@xjtag.com to tell us you want to return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include all original parts.
- Ship the item back to us within 14 days after telling us you wish to return.
- You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than necessary and its value is reduced, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs
- If returning due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund reasonable return postage costs.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Customs, Duties & International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable by us; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- For customers outside the UK and EU, outbound shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For customers in the UK and EU, we will refund the full price paid for the goods together with the cost of outbound delivery. - For products found not to be defective upon inspection (when returned as alleged faulty), you are responsible for return shipping.
- For customers outside the UK and EU, outbound shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon verification, issue either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order, subject to stock availability.

Price Protection
If we reduce the price of a product within 14 calendar days of delivery, you may request a refund or credit for the price difference (excluding limited-time or special sales).
