XJTAG Expert combines boundary scan testing with a digital oscilloscope so there's no need to carry two units around with you.  It runs from two USB ports and can be used without external power.

You can run the full set of connection and functional tests developed during the design, prototype and production phases.  You can verify signals right to the connectors on boards with the XJIO board, and use XJAnalyser's precise visualisation and control of pin states to both find the fault and verify the integrity of your circuit repair.  Save time by testing multiple boards simultaneously as a group.
