coronavirus announcement

XJTAG remains open for business

The world is changing in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), and at XJTAG we are also adapting our business to best support you going forwards. While face-to-face meetings are not possible, XJTAG is putting extra effort into shifting its activities online.

XJTAG Support & Free Board Setups continue

XJTAG is open for business and continues to operate largely as usual, while arrangements have been made for the XJTAG team to work remotely.

The Technical Support team remains available via email and online meetings.

XJTAG continues to offer to carry out free board setups for new clients. Courier services are working and our offices remain open.

New XJTAG Interactive free Webinars using XJTAG hardware and software

XJTAG is taking the free face-to-face boundary scan workshops to a new online format. XJTAG is now offering practical training sessions as free 2 to 3 hour webinars. The plan is to organise regular monthly webinars that will allow engineers to join from all around the world without the need for anyone to travel any further than their own computer.

Importantly these live webinars will offer engineers a hands-on training session using XJTAG software and hardware.

You will have access to a remote system with XJTAG’s Test Developer Pro, to give you the experience of actively developing and running boundary scan tests. A recording of the webinar session will also be available to participants during that week, allowing engineers to repeat exercises at their own pace. Delivery and collection by courier will be free of charge.

A new Webinars page is now available and new dates will be going live very soon.
